Preorders
Many Off Matte products are released as limited preorder runs. By purchasing a preorder item, you acknowledge that the item is not immediately in stock and will ship according to the estimated timeline provided on the product page.
Production timelines are estimates and may be affected by manufacturing delays, customs processing, material availability, or shipping carrier delays.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase.
After 24 hours, orders may already be committed to production, fulfillment preparation, or inventory allocation and cannot be guaranteed for cancellation.
