All orders are processed and shipped from Nevada, United States.
Preorders
Many Off Matte releases are offered as limited preorder runs. Preorder items are not immediately in stock and will ship according to the estimated timeline listed on the product page.
Estimated shipping timelines are subject to change due to manufacturing schedules, material availability, customs processing, or carrier delays. By placing a preorder, you acknowledge and accept these conditions.
Order Processing
In-stock orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days unless otherwise stated.
Preorder timelines will vary depending on the product and production cycle.
Domestic Shipping
We currently ship throughout the United States using standard tracked shipping services. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout or provided as flat-rate shipping depending on destination and order size.
International Shipping
We currently offer limited international shipping to select countries.
International customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, VAT, customs fees, or additional charges required by their destination country. These charges are not included in the product or shipping price.
Delivery timelines for international orders may vary depending on customs processing and local carriers.
Tracking
Tracking information will be sent to the email provided at checkout once an order has shipped.
Incorrect Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. Off Matte is not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once an order has been handed to the shipping carrier, delivery delays are outside of our control. If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, contact us and we will do our best to assist.
